The EIC Property department is the part of the EIC Group which owns, manages, and develops commercial property in the South West of England. The current area of interest extends from Taunton, through Exeter, and down to Torquay and Newton Abbot. Our portfolio consists of mainly industrial, car showroom, pubs, serviced offices, retail and self-contained offices. Tenants vary from small, start-up businesses to Blue Chip companies with a proven history.

We are constantly adding to our portfolio and looking for new development opportunities, most recent being the purchase of the Old Aircraft Materials Depot in Brunel Road, Newton Abbot. This premises in now being completely transformed for Bradfords Building Supplies who have taken a new 25-year lease.
We recently completed a new development of 5 individual commercial units now known as Waterbridge Court, Matford Park Rd and each of those have been sold as freeholds.
