Revills Awarded Aerospace Quality Standard AS9100 for Paint Finishing

The achievement of AS9100 in addition to our existing ISO9001 approval means that all current and prospective customers can confidently rely on Revills quality systems to deliver the highest level of quality finishes & documentation for aerospace components.
By gaining AS9100 approval, it will enable us to pursue our next goal in achieving the NADCAP quality standard for paint finishing which is the benchmark for most major aerospace suppliers and is a requirement for many of the aerospace primes. Paint Finishes, Powder Coating & Stove Enamelling
Revill Industrial has over 40 years experience of providing paint finishing services to a wide range of industries including aerospace, defence, marine, electronic, telecoms, computer, and general engineering sectors. The Company are committed to offering customers high quality finishing in paint, powder and stove enamelling onto metal wood and plastic. Revills operates both conveyor operated and manual systems and all processes operate under BS EN 9001 quality management standards.
Revills is based in a versatile and modern complex close to the Exeter Airport with easy links to the M5 and the A303 and as a result can offer a fast, efficient service to a wide network.
Aerospace Approval
Revill Industrial Finishes have now recieved full approval from Westland Helicopters for Epoxy Priming . This will mean that EIC Finishing Services can meet the requirements of any customers who require additional treatments such as Anodising, Phosphating, or any other electro-plated finish together with painting.
