Part Time Bookkeeper / Payroll assistant

Hours of work are 16 hours per week - on Wednesday and Thursday (8am to 4.30pm) Must also be available to work additional hours to cover during holiday and sickness.

Suitable applicants must have experience of Sage Line 50 and sage payroll as well as a good understanding of manual bookkeeping, credit control and record keeping in a business environment

Typical duties might be:
Proactively monitoring and collecting debt
Purchase, Nominal and Sales Ledger Control
Bank Reconcilliation
Payroll - mainly in a cover capacity
Other office and admin tasks such as letter writing, post, scanning, and switchboard when required and as cover
Based on Marsh Barton, Exeter
