Chris Smith Takes on New Role as Customer Services Manager at Exeter Office

Chris Smith, who many of our customers will already know very well as South West Metal Finishing's Production Office Manager and a member of the management team at South West Metal Finishing Exeter has taken on a brand new role as Customer Services Manager.

This new role has been established to ensure that customers , both new and existing,  have one primary point of contact from the start of the order right through to the end product.  Chris will liaise internally with other managers and staff  to ensure that customers get good communication throughout and to ensure that the customer is satisfied at the end.

Chris will also remain a key contact for larger contract customers in providing KPI's and statistics when required
