Business Improvement Techniques Certifcates Awarded

On Thursday 10th March 2011 , all the Exeter employees of South West Metal Finishing who took part in the training were awarded their NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques 
Some special award prizes made to members of the Zinc/Bellows Team, the Maintenance team and the Silver Section for particular efforts  in team working, the best audit score, and the most significant improvement. Photos below show of some of the recipients and the whole team in receipt of their certificates. Certificates and Team Awards were presented by Director Kevin Baker and Lean Coordinator Steve Mayer as well as the team from LEAD who conducted the original training
