SWMF 10K Commando Challenge 2010

On Sunday 10th October a team from South West Metal Finishing + guests took part in the 10k Commando Challenge on Woodbury Common.
The team went through deep mud pits, large open water ponds up to our waists, long dark tunnels, and to cap it all - were fully submerged in the famous ' sheep dip' underwater tunnel! The team raised over £800 for Devon Air Ambulance

The team ' THE PLUSH PLATERS' were - Chris Smith, Chris Mayer, Nasser Pollitt, Jon Powesland, Ruth Urbstye, Jackie Jacobs, Danny Blackmore, Sam Barnard, Charlie Olney, Dave Holt, Andy Webb, Katie Stambrige, Sarah Moore and completed the demanding 10km course in about 2 hours.
